John holds a Diploma of Project Management and is a certified Trainer and Assessor with more than 30 years of experience across a large variety of civil and construction projects.

He has hands on experience in civil construction, project supervision and managing stakeholder requirements.  Recently John has been involved in managing the rebuilding of roads and assets for Lismore City Council after the 2022 Lismore floods and is currently working as Construction Manager for Clarence Valley Council 2024 Disaster Recovery team .

Specialising in cost management, budget estimating, managing projects including onsite supervision, sub-contractor control, stakeholder management with vast experience in budget forecasts and cost tracking.

He can manage all aspects of project procurement, contractor resourcing and risk assessment while promoting a safe work environment with a balanced culture.

John can monitor and control the quality of complex projects with project tracking and reporting to stakeholders from the beginning to the end while meeting budget and timeframes - this is the benchmark set at ALLEN MANAGEMENT GROUP.
